Mousa AlNana artistic pursuits span various mediums, including painting, printmaking, graphic design, tattooing and performance. Often reflecting on themes of identity, displacement, and emotional resilience. Additionally, Mousa is a participatory and community engagement artist, collaborating with different organisations and diverse groups to create art that challenges norms and fights stigmas. He participated in various international projects, exhibitions, art workshops and residencies across Syria, Egypt, UK and Europe.

Mousa AlNana was born in Homs, Syria, where his artistic journey began early, studying at the Sobhi Shoieb Art Centre. He later pursued a degree in Fine Arts at Damascus University, followed by a master’s degree from the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland, where he is currently based.
